Method of Application

Clean the wound site thoroughly with sterile saline microbicidal solutions,
which do not contain any greasy materials, eg. Povidone Iodine Solution.

Do not wipe the Iodine Solution from the injured site, peel open the pouch.
According to the wound area, cut the membrane along with backing sheet.
Apply Collodermis immediately covering the entire wound area.

Gently press with Iodine socked gauze over the entire body of the Collodermis applied,
to get the fullest advantage of the best adhesion and avoidance of air pocket
in the vicinity of the wound site.

Membrane peels off as the wound heals and epithelialization occurs.
Apply Collodermis with dry gloves.
As Collodermis is highly purified form of collagen it has to be applied as it is without stretching any bit.
